Ns. Tommy J.F Wowor, S.Kep, MM has a background in nursing who graduated as diploma degree in 2001 in Manado. He then continued his bachelor degree of nursing and took Ners in 2010 and in 2013 he finished his post graduate program as Magister Management in UPN Veteran Jakarta.
He started his career as an ICCU nurse in RSUP Malalayang Manado for 3 years and he went to Jakarta in 2004 and worked in Puri Cinere Hospital in ICU for 3 years. In 2006 he joined Basic Cardiology Training in Harapan Kita Center of Cardiology Hospital for 3 months and he went back to become a cathlab nurse, ICVCU, head of VIP ward, Outpatient department, and his last position in Cinere Hospital was a floor manager in Cardiovascular Clinic. As a floor manager, he conducted 5 departments, such as: pharmacy, laboratory, front liner, medical record and outpatient department.
In 2012 – 2018 he decided to pursue a career in medical devices industry as a product specialist for simulation, and promoted to become a product manager and a clinical manager. His passion in teaching had started since taking bachelor degree of nursing. At the moment, he became a lecturer in some universities in Jakarta for faculty of health science. One of them is National University, until now.
His passion in training discipline still remains in 2018 and still becomes a priority in his career, thus he decided to join PT Citra Medika Indonesia (Summit Healthcare) as a trainer, sales, and marketing.

Erika Angelina, MD earned her professional medical degree from Faculty of Medicine, Pelita Harapan University and completed her 2-year clerkship at RS Polri Kramat Jati. Afterwards, she served stints at the Sari Asih Hospital and Omni Hospital as General Physician.
During her college years, Erika actively participated in a number of student organizations, with one of her most notable achievements being elected the Chief of Chrestotes, Medical Emergency Team. The student organization focuses on training medical students in providing first aid responses for emergency situations.
Her passion in training led her to join Summit Healthcare where she currently holds the position of Training Center Coordinator. Erika has earned certifications from American Heart Association (AHA) as Instructor of Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS). She is also a member of the Faculty of Summit Healthcare who are qualified to train AHA’s BLS, ACLS, PALS Instructors.

Safriana, SE joined Summit healthcare in 2018 as Finance Executive. She earned her Bachelor of Economics from Bunda Mulia University.
Before joining Summit Healthcare, she worked for 16 years from 2000 - 2016 as a Tax Accountant at the Freight Forwarder Services Company name Global Putra International. Afterwards, she worked as a Finance Accountant for 1 year from 2017 - 2018 at the tire company called PT Universal Mitra International, that has given her extraordinary experience.

Ns. Rachmad Thyas Dwinata, S.Kep is a bachelor degree of nursing who was graduated from Muhammadiyah University in Jogjakarta in 2011. He then took Nursing Professional Education in Temanggung Regional General Hospital and finished in 2013. Along with that, he also took hemodialysis specialization for 3 months and he started his career in Royal Progress Hospital as an executive nurse in Intensive Care Unit ward for 1 year and in February 2014 he continued his career in Bethsaida Hospital as an executive nurse in Intensive Care Unit and got an opportunity to take Basic Intensive Care Unit Training in 2015. After that, he got another opportunity to receive Shift Person in Charge Nurse in Hemodialysis ward for 2 years and 6 months.
During his time working in hospital, he dedicated his time in Hipercci Banten and he also became a member of Indonesian Dialysis Nursing Association. He admitted that he had a lot of experiences from both organizations. In 2014, he had another opportunity to get to know about insurance and through that job, he found his passion in sales and made himself join Summit Healthcare as a sales and marketing supervisor. He admitted that he got many lessons in sales to learn characteristics in each individual that made him knew how to discover their needs and selling programs that Summit Healthcare has.

Jeffry Hartanto, MD earned his professional medical degree from Faculty of Medicine, Pelita Harapan University and completed his 2 years of the clerkship period at Gatot Subroto Central Army Hospital, Central Jakarta.
During his college years, he spent his time actively joining Chrestotes Medical Emergency Team, which activities doing some trainings for medical student providing first aid for emergencies for 3 years. Then, he finished his internship as Medical Doctor at Ari Canti Hospital in Gianyar, Bali for 1 year.
His passion in sharing knowledge to others leads him to join Summit Healthcare Indonesia now with a position as Vice Training Center Coordinator. Currently, he holds certifications from American Heart Association as an Instructor of Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
Azizah, SS is an administration officer at Summit Healthcare, where she provides administrative support to the team. Azizah was born and spent all her childhood in Cirebon, a small town in West Java.
Azizah graduated from Gunadarma University Depok in 2006 with bachelor degree in English literature.
After college, she returned to her hometown to pursue her teaching career. She became a teacher at EF (English First) for 2 years.
In 2008, she moved to Jakarta and worked for Wallstreet English Pondok Indah Mall Center as a personal
As she had spent most of her time teaching English, she wanted to get experience in a different field. Thus, in 2010 she accepted a job in SingMedic Bandung as a relationship officer. SingMedic is an official representative of most hospitals in Singapore, both government and private.
Azizah found out that working in an office fits her interest as well as her current position in Summit Healthcare. She enjoys the friendly environment and she also enjoys her colleagues’ company.
In her spare time, Azizah enjoys good happy hour with family and friends, the sound of great music playlists and also cooking.
Diana Ratnasari, S. H

Welvina Poulika was born in Jakarta on 1980. She is the 3rd child from 4 siblings, and now she has 1 child. She was graduated from University of Indonesia, majoring in Medical Faculty, Diploma-degree Hospital Management in 2001. After 10 years with many working experiences, while working, she continued to study in 2011 at University of Indonesia, majoring in Economic Faculty for her bachelor degree (extension program) and finished her study in 2013.
Her working experiences since 2001 such as in hospital for 3 years, telecommunication company for 2 years, banking for 1 year, IT & technology for 1 year, emergency medical services for 11 years as American Heart Association International Training Center admin & personal assistant to director, and now working in Summit Healthcare, International Training Provider Company for medical and non-medical persons. With her working experiences, and together with the team, she hopes that she can make Summit Healthcare grows up and become well-known in Indonesia even worldwide.
